One of the best breakfast i ever had

Poached Eggs with Smoked Salmon on Toast with fresh Dill & Spinach

Unfortunately, I do not have the credit for making this delicious breakfast, but it is abs one of the best I ever had. I still dream of it somedays and will definitly try making my own version soon.
